Behind the Project

Design is a creative process with a rationale background to
generate a unified concept. The desire for the development to
stand out and create a positive impact in the community is
shared with our architectural firm, WTA Architecture + Design
Studio.

At WTA Architecture + Design Studio, it was a process to create
an idea for what contemporary urbanism can be in Cavite as it
moves forward and develop into a more urbanized space. The
goal is to develop it into an urbanity that is better than what is
found in most cities today. One that is conducive to good urban
living.

Our concept for Garden City is to offer a garden enclave where
you can feel the biophilic relationship with nature, a place where
you can gain a positive lifestyle that makes for good urbanity. We
provide a variance in the building form that is not very structured
or gridded. You get a sense of play that you can actually wander
around and have different daily experiences.
